Quads Major Maintenance Repairs

This contract covers the comprehensive exterior rehabilitation of the historic Atkinson Quadrangle at Montana State University’s Bozeman campus. The work includes selective demolition, in‑kind concrete window‑well and stair‑well reconstruction, masonry cleaning and repointing, historic metal repairs, wood‑shingle roof and porch replacement, grading and drainage improvements, tree removal and re‑planting, fire‑escape refurbishment, and associated landscaping.
