Chalet Parking Lot Improvements, Mill Stream Run Reservation

The contract is for the improvement of the Chalet parking lot in Mill Stream Run Reservation. The scope of work includes the abandonment of the existing parking lot drainage system, removal of catch basins, and installation of new storm sewer and asphalt pavement. The contract was awarded to Karvo Companies, Inc. for a lump sum amount of $234,560.00.
