GULLY BROOK AREA SEWER & LATERAL REHABILITATION/REPAIR

This sealed‑bid solicitation seeks a contractor to perform extensive trenchless rehabilitation and repair of the Gully Brook sewer system in Hartford, CT. The scope includes approximately 46,750 linear feet of Cured‑In‑Place Pipe (CIPP) lining, CCTV inspections, reconnection of 1,900 active service laterals, 136,750 LF of service lateral lining, 700 LF of sewer main replacement, 121 point repairs, installation of 100 cleanouts, construction of 12 new precast concrete manholes, monolithic cementitious lining of 3,300 VF of manholes, and chimney rehabilitation for 250 manholes.
