Citywide Dumpster Collection and Disposal Services

The City of Clermont, Florida, has awarded a contract to Waste Connections of Florida, Inc. for citywide dumpster collection and disposal services. The contract is for a period of three years, with an option to renew for an additional three years. The contractor will provide dumpster collection and disposal services for various City locations, including the Headworks East Plant, Public Services Facility, Hancock Park, Public Works, Police Department, Clermont City Center, and Clermont City Hall. The contractor will also provide special event dumpster services as needed. The contract includes provisions for billing, missing or late hauls, removal and disposal of refuse, and compliance with laws and regulations. The contractor must provide proof of compatible and sufficient equipment, and must comply with all OSHA laws and regulations.
