This solicitation establishes an indefinite‑delivery/indefinite‑quantity (IDIQ) Job Order Contracting (JOC) vehicle for Orange County Public Schools, enabling the district to procure a broad range of construction‑related services on an as‑needed basis. The scope covers general construction, roofing, plumbing, paving, electrical, mechanical/HVAC, and low‑voltage electrical work at OCPS facilities throughout Orange County, Florida. Contractors will submit sealed proposals for a unit‑price schedule that will be applied to individual task orders issued under the contract.
