Restroom Addition Project - Fire Station 2

The City of Leesburg, FL, is seeking a contractor to furnish and install a new 443 square foot addition to the Griffin Road Fire Station Facility, including three new toilet/shower rooms and a locker room. The contractor will be responsible for providing new block and brick exterior walls, metal stud partitions, roof trusses, and shingles, as well as new doors, frames, hardware, and toilet fixtures. The contract also includes the re-work of existing toilet room and partial kitchen area.
