Job Order Contracting for Construction Services

The City of Bellevue is seeking contractors to provide job order contracting for construction services. The contract will be awarded to two firms, and the selected contractors will be required to provide all labor, materials, construction management, insurance, and other accessories and services necessary to perform and complete all of the work required by completing the Detailed Scope of Work called for in each individual Job Order issued pursuant to this Contract.
