Description
The contract is for the reconstruction of Misty Lane from Horizon Drive through the cul-de-sac. The work includes the replacement of the water main and services, replacement of existing sanitary sewer lift station, replacement of one sanitary sewer service, installation of sewer service cleanouts, and installation of new storm drain system, 2” minus shot rock with D-1 base course, asphalt pavement and other miscellaneous work. The engineer's estimate range is between $650,000 and $750,000. The contract was awarded to North40 Construction Corp. for a total bid of $792,515.00.
