The City of Goodyear is seeking a contractor to provide water production filters for the Public Works Department and other departments as needed. The contract includes the purchase of 5 micron filters, 1 micron filters, and other related equipment. The contractor is responsible for delivering the filters to designated locations and ensuring that all activities are conducted in a professional manner. The contract has an initial term of one year, with options to extend for four additional one-year periods. The estimated annual quantity of filters is 4,000 for 5 micron filters, 1,000 for 1 micron filters (29-1/4" long), and 1,000 for 1 micron filters (40" long). The contract also includes requirements for insurance, including commercial general liability, automobile liability, workers' compensation, and umbrella/excess liability.
