Fuel, Oil, Air, and Miscellaneous Automotive Filters

The County of Riverside is soliciting quotations to establish a contract with a primary vendor for the ordering and purchase of automotive filters. The contract will allow each participating department to establish and administer its own departmental contract for ordering on an as needed basis directly from the vendor found to be the lowest most responsive responsible bidder. The scope of work includes the delivery of air, cabin, oil, fuel, coolant, and hydraulic fluid filters. The contract will be awarded to the vendor that provides the lowest price, and the County reserves the right to reject any or all offers, to waive any discrepancy or technicality, and to split or make the award in any manner determined by the County to be most advantageous to the County. • The contract is for the purchase of automotive filters for the County's vehicles. • The contract will be awarded to the vendor that provides the lowest price. • The County reserves the right to reject any or all offers. • The contract will allow each participating department to establish and administer its own departmental contract. • The vendor must provide delivery of the filters within 72 hours of the order. • The contract includes a 2% to 10% prompt payment discount.
