Description
This contract calls for the wet demolition and complete site‑clearance of a vacant, nuisance‑laden property at 1253 Glennon Avenue, Mobile, AL. The contractor must remove all structures, footings, a large oak tree, and associated debris, cap and disconnect utilities, and manage hazardous materials (lead‑based paint, asbestos) in compliance with environmental regulations. Additional responsibilities include installing erosion‑ and sediment‑control BMPs, providing dust control, reseeding the site, and delivering final documentation and a newspaper notice of completion.
