143rd St (Pflumm Road to Quivera Road) Road Improvements

The contract is for the reconstruction of 143rd Street to a wide two-lane arterial from Pflumm Road to Quivira Road. The project includes the installation of a traffic signal, modifications to the signal at 143rd Street and Quivira Road, new street lighting, and an enclosed storm sewer system.
