Refuse Services for the Office of Education Building

The State of Utah, Department of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM), is seeking bids for refuse services for the Office of Education Building. The contract includes the provision of one 8-yard container picked up five times per week. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining all records necessary to properly account for their performance and payments made by the State Entity. The contract also includes provisions for payment, invoicing, and termination. The State Entity reserves the right to perform plan checks, plan reviews, and other reviews, and to comment on the services provided by the contractor. The contractor shall be liable for any claims, losses, suits, actions, damages, and costs arising out of their performance of the contract.
