This contract concerns the complete demolition of existing flooring and the installation of a new epoxy flooring system at the City of Kenai’s Recreation Center. The work includes surface preparation to CSP 3‑4, installation of primer, broadcast, grout, and finish coats, as well as integral coving and shower‑drainage systems, complying with manufacturer specifications and Alaska Title 36 wage requirements.
