CITY POINT HIKE & BIKE CONSTRUCTION

The City of North Richland Hills solicited sealed bids from qualified contractors for the City Point Hike & Bike Construction Project. The project involves constructing a 10-foot-wide, 5-inch-thick, 3,500-psi concrete hike/bike trail within an Oncor transmission corridor adjacent to the City Point Development. The work includes mobilization, storm water pollution prevention plan implementation, excavation and grading, trail concrete placement and finish, and final grading and site cleanup.
