LCCC Board Room Renovation

The Laramie County Community College is soliciting bids for the renovation of the College Community Center (CCC) Room 128 to serve as the permanent room for the Board of Trustees. The work includes furnishing all labor, operations, materials, accessories, incidentals, services, and equipment indicated, specified, mentioned, scheduled, or implied per bid documents for work on the specific aforementioned project. The renovation includes metal stud framing, hollow metal frames, wood doors, aluminum storefront, gypsum board assemblies, acoustical panel ceilings, acoustic sound panels, finishes, plastic laminate casework, AV systems, HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems. • The project has a mandatory pre-bid meeting and job walk. • The bid submission date is March 2nd, 2023, at 4:00 PM EST. • The anticipated project schedule starts on February 9th, 2023, and the notice to proceed is estimated to be on March 14th, 2023. • The substantial completion date is August 11th, 2023.
