REPLACE SIDING, INSULATION AND WINDOWS OF THE BURNETT ADMINISTRATION CENTER

The contract is for the replacement of siding, insulation, and windows of the Burnett Administration Center. The scope of the project includes removing and replacing the existing siding, trim, insulation, plywood sheathing, and windows of portions of the South and East exterior walls of the building. The contract was awarded to GSR Construction for a total bid of $303,870.00. The project includes a base bid and two add alternates, with the base bid including the replacement of siding, trim, insulation, plywood sheathing, and windows of portions of the South exterior walls of Pods B/C and E/F of the Burnett Administration Center. Add Alternate No. 1 includes the replacement of siding, trim, insulation, plywood sheathing, and windows of portions of the East exterior walls of Pods C/F of the Burnett Administration Center. Add Alternate No. 2 includes the replacement of the siding, trim, pass-through door, and frame on the shed on the east side of the building. • The contract includes a $20,000.00 allowance for miscellaneous structural repairs to the interior and exterior surfaces of the building caused by unforeseen physical conditions. • The contract was awarded on June 13, 2018, at 2:00 p.m. • The total bid includes the base bid, add alternates, and unit price for any drywall removal, repairs, and repainting on the inside of the building.
