NRH CENTRE POOL PLASTER REFURBISH

The City of North Richland Hills requested bids for the refurbishment of the NRH Centre pool plaster. The project involved removing all plaster down to the substrate/gunite surfaces, identifying and repairing any substrate damages, and applying a new plaster coat. The project had to be completed within the month of December 2017. The City of North Richland Hills reserved the right to reject all bids, and ultimately did so due to all bids coming in over the set budget amount. Key aspects of the project include: • Removal of all plaster down to the substrate/gunite surfaces • Identification and repair of any substrate damages • Application of a new plaster coat • Completion of the project within the month of December 2017 • Rejection of all bids due to exceeding the set budget amount
