Valve Insertion Equipment

The City of Olathe is seeking to purchase one Valve Insertion Machine and four valves of different sizes. The machine should be capable of installing a working valve on 4", 6", 8", and 12" pipes without shutdown. The city also intends to enter into a contract to purchase additional valves on an as-needed basis.
