Community Agency Grant

The City of Cottonwood has awarded a grant to the Verde Valley Humane Society, Inc. to support the provision of certain community programs and services. The grant is in the amount of $37,394.00 and is to be used for the purchase of two washers and two dryers and electrical upgrades for the new equipment. The grant is effective from August 2, 2024, to June 30, 2025. The Grantee is required to report to the City on a quarterly and year-end basis, and to acknowledge the City's financial support in its program and promotional materials. • The grant is for a term of 11 months • The Grantee is required to submit quarterly and year-end reports • The City reserves the right to terminate the grant upon 30 days written notice • The Grantee is required to acknowledge the City's financial support in its program and promotional materials • The grant is subject to the laws of the State of Arizona
