On Call Paving and Concrete

The purpose of this solicitation is to establish contract(s) for labor, material, equipment, and incidentals necessary to patch, repair, cold mill, overlay, crack seal and pavement seal coat various Frederick County parking lots and access roads, and to repair and/or install new sidewalks, sidewalk ramps, curb, and gutter curb on an on-call basis. The contract was awarded to multiple vendors, including Arbor Valley Landscaping Co. Inc., D.I.R. Construction Inc., Image Asphalt Maintenance, Inc., RFP, Inc., SFMS, LLC, and B&B Construction and Landscaping, LLC.
