Description
This contract involves comprehensive nuisance abatement at 2763 Gonzales Road, Mobile, AL. The City of Mobile will pay a single vendor to execute wet demolition of existing structures, remove a trailer and associated debris, cap and secure utility lines, implement erosion and sediment control measures, manage hazardous materials (lead‑based paint, asbestos), and restore the site with seeding and landscaping. The work must be completed within 15 days of a notice to proceed, with a $250 per day liquidated‑damages clause for delays, and includes extensive close‑out documentation (photos, waste records, AIA payment applications, lien releases, and a newspaper notice of final completion).
