Description
This contract awards the City of Mobile’s Community & Housing Development program a residential roof rehabilitation at 1263 Eslava Lane. The scope includes complete removal of the existing roof, repair or replacement of roof decking, trusses, rafters, and fascia, installation of self‑adhered underlayment and synthetic felt, ridge‑vent placement, and placement of new 30‑year Class A fiberglass asphalt shingles with proper flashing and drip rail.
