2022 Slurry Seal

The City of Richland is seeking bids for the 2022 Slurry Seal project, which includes the construction of Type 2 and Type 3 emulsified asphalt slurry, traffic control, pavement marking removal and replacement, and other incidental work. The project is estimated to cost $350,000.
