Description
The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit competitive sealed proposals from qualified firms to provide a rewrite of Flagler County's Land Development Code (LDC) consistent with the Comprehensive Plan. The approach shall be meant to supersede the entire current zoning ordinance and other local land development regulations that apply to the County. The County is most interested in protecting the character and integrity of single family neighborhoods and rural areas by creating a quality environment throughout the County.
• The RFP was posted on February 23, 2016, and the bid submission date was March 23, 2016.
• The County has decided to reject the proposals and re-advertise the project.
• A new solicitation will be forthcoming under RFP No. 16-055P.
