Description
This contract calls for the complete wet demolition of a vacant structure at 515 Yukers Street, Mobile, AL, including utility capping, site clearing, erosion‑control, lead‑based paint/asbestos handling, and post‑demolition seeding and restoration. The City of Mobile Municipal Enforcement Department issued a sealed‑envelope RFQ (ME‑017‑23) and awarded the work to AA&A Demolition. The contractor must submit a whole‑dollar lump‑sum bid, provide proof of E‑Verify enrollment, insurance, and a signed stipulated‑sum agreement, and complete the demolition within 15 calendar days of receiving a Notice to Proceed.
