West Swan PCT

This contract is for pre-commercial tree thinning on 793.4 acres in the West Swan PCT area of Montana. The contract term is from the date of execution until October 30, 2026. The work involves hand thinning sapling-sized trees in five different treatment units using a chain saw and/or brush cutter. The contractor must provide a lump sum total to complete the entire project according to the requirements in the Scope of Work. • The project area spans multiple sections, including Section 34 T24N R18W, Section 17 T23N R18W, Section 21 T23N R18W, Section 29 T23N R18W, and Section 30 T23N R17W. • The contractor must comply with the Montana Prevailing Wage Requirements and the terms defined in 30-20-301, MCA. • The contractor must not discriminate against firearm entities or firearm trade associations during the term of the contract. • The contractor must provide the required insurance and bonds as specified in the contract. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances.
