The City of Tempe has awarded a contract to four vendors, Atlasta Catering Service, Artisan by Santa Barbara Catering, Dressing Room, LLC, and Tom and Lin Catering, to provide concessions and catering services at the Tempe Center for the Arts. The contract is for a two-year term with three one-year renewal options. The vendors will provide a variety of menu options, including full catering services, concessions, and licensed beverage sales. The City will receive commission revenues of 20% from the preferred catering firms and the licensed beverage sales. The contract also includes a management fee of $4,000 per month for operating the concession program.
