FAO Bathroom Renovation

The University of South Florida Board of Trustees is seeking a qualified general contractor to provide ADA restroom renovation services at the FAO building. The project includes the renovation of restrooms to meet ADA standards and guidelines. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed in accordance with the Construction Manual and Design Drawings. The project schedule is as follows: Issue the Solicitation - October 30, 2023, Pre-Proposal Meeting - November 14, 2023, Supplier Questions Due - November 22, 2023, Response to Supplier Questions - December 14, 2023, Supplier Responses Due - January 10, 2024, Evaluation of Supplier Responses - January 10 – January 25, 2024, Intent to Award - February 07, 2024.
