Description
This contract calls for the wet demolition and complete site remediation of a nuisance property at 1957 Pleasant Avenue, Mobile, AL. The contractor must remove all footings, slabs, CMU/brick piers, cap utilities, handle lead‑based paint and asbestos, install and later remove temporary erosion‑control BMPs, and finish with seeding/grass‑ing and final site stabilization. The work must be completed within 15 calendar days after a Notice to Proceed, and liquidated damages of $250 per day apply for delays. The City of Mobile’s Municipal Enforcement Department oversees the project, and LTS Development Group Inc is the awarded vendor.
