CEI Services at Tulip Blvd. & College Park Rd. Intersection Improvements Project

The City of Port St. Lucie has awarded a contract to Johnson, Mirmiran, & Thompson, Inc. for Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) services for the Tulip Blvd. & College Park Rd. Intersection Improvements Project. The project involves the removal of an existing mini roundabout, dedicated turn lane construction, clearing and grubbing, signalization work, and other improvements. The Consultant will provide CEI services, including field observations, daily reporting, and coordination with the City and contractor. The contract has a total value of $277,285 and will commence on September 1, 2025, and terminate on March 21, 2026. • The project scope includes CEI services for the intersection improvements • The Consultant will provide daily surveillance of the contractor's quality control activities • The Consultant will review all contractor-supplied documents for consistency with construction contract requirements • The Consultant will maintain complete, accurate records of activities, meetings, and events related to the project • The Consultant will submit documentation reports on all sampling and testing within one week of the construction work being done
