The City of Wilmington is seeking a single‑prime contractor to provide annual sidewalk and related “needs” maintenance services, including repair, replacement, new sidewalk installation, curb‑and‑gutter work, ADA‑compliant ramp construction, and small‑scale transportation improvements. The work will be performed on an as‑needed basis throughout the year, with individual items priced via unit‑price schedules.
