Corvallis-Benton County Public Library, 2nd Floor Patio Enclosure & Interior Improvements

The contract involves the construction of new meeting and reading rooms on the existing patio, as well as demolition and interior renovation of existing meeting rooms, at the Corvallis-Benton County Public Library. The work includes a new exterior roof system, a new exterior wall and window system, interior walls and ceiling improvements, and modifications to the existing electrical system.
