This contract is a three‑year, firm‑fixed‑price requirements (IDIQ) agreement for the supply of ANSI‑class ball valves to the City of Mesa’s Energy Resources Gas Utility Department. The City will place purchase orders as needs arise, with no guaranteed minimum quantity, and the vendors must deliver to two municipal warehouses within 30 days of each order. The solicitation includes technical specifications for Class 150 and Class 300 weld‑end ball valves (GMS‑8.3 and GMS‑8.4), a one‑year manufacturer’s warranty, and insurance requirements of at least $3 M per occurrence/$5 M aggregate.
