Description
This contract awards a single vendor to perform complete nuisance abatement and demolition of damaged structures at 282 Laurel Drive, Mobile, AL. The scope requires wet demolition of wood‑frame structures, removal of concrete and brick, utility line capping, full site clearing, installation and maintenance of temporary erosion control BMPs, hazardous‑material (lead‑paint/asbestos) handling and disposal, and final site restoration through seeding and mulching. The contractor must also provide proof of E‑Verify enrollment, a current City of Mobile business license, insurance certificates, and submit detailed AIA close‑out documentation. Liquidated damages of $250 per day apply after a 15‑day grace period post‑substantial completion.
