Annual Street and Park Concrete Contract FY 22/23

The Town of Prescott Valley is seeking bids for the Annual Street and Park Concrete Contract FY 22/23. The work includes constructing miscellaneous, small concrete projects for the Park and/or Street departments on an 'as needed' basis throughout the fiscal year. Typical projects are repairing manhole collars, sidewalk repairs or installs, or similar type of work. The contract is expected to start after the bid submission date of May 2, 2022, and last for approximately 12 months. • The bid submission date is May 2, 2022, at 3:30 p.m. MST. • A non-mandatory pre-bid conference meeting was held on April 14, 2022. • The Town of Prescott Valley reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. • The contract value is estimated to be around $60,925.
