District I Community Center Furnishings

The Montgomery County Commission is seeking qualified vendors to provide a full turnkey solution for furnishing, storing, delivering, assembling, installing, and supporting the new District I Community Center. The scope covers four product categories: commercial office furniture, food‑service furnishings, commercial kitchen equipment, and athletic/recreational furnishings. Vendors must handle product consultation, space‑planning, climate‑controlled warehousing, staged delivery, full installation, and warranty administration. The contract may be awarded by category or as a single award, and proposals must be sealed, all‑inclusive, and submitted by July 22, 2026. • Provide complete furniture sets (desks, chairs, lounge, conference, classroom, gaming, etc.) and associated accessories. • Supply and install commercial kitchen appliances and prep equipment (refrigeration, microwaves, warming cabinets, prep tables, dishwashers, etc.). • Deliver athletic and specialty furnishings (gym benches, scoreboards, lockers, ADA‑accessible items). • Include storage, logistics, and post‑installation warranty support; must meet insurance, bonding, and certification requirements.
