The VA is seeking a vendor to provide a “Brand Name or Equal PAR Excellence” weight‑based inventory management system for multiple VA medical centers. The award will be a firm‑fixed‑price contract with a 12‑month performance period. Scope includes hardware (bins, scales, accessories), perpetual software licenses, installation, training, hotline support, and performance monitoring.
