Studer Grinder PM and Repair

The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) is seeking a contractor to supply a Manufacturer Trained and Certified Technician to repair one Studer S41 CNC grinding machine to a fully operational condition. The contractor will also provide annual preventive maintenance, calibration, and remedial service, including an inspection report of work performed. The period of performance is from 01/23/2026 to 01/22/2031, with a base and four option years. • The contractor must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) by the award date. • The contractor must submit a detailed written technical proposal that demonstrates thorough knowledge and understanding of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and solicitation requirements. • The contractor must include completion of FAR and DFARS provisions, as well as a signed SF 1449, with the quote submission. • Labor, travel, and materials must be included in the quote, with travel and per diem expenses following Department of Defense and Federal Acquisition Regulations guidelines.
