Description
The California Highway Patrol is seeking bids for the provision of Bosch cables and kits. The scope of work includes the supply of various cables and kits, including legacy cables, new generation cables, and specialty cables. The contract will be awarded on the basis of ALL OR NONE, and the payment terms are Net 45 (non-negotiable). The bidder must provide a complete sample of the product bid for technical compliance evaluation prior to acceptance and full delivery of the entire order.
• The bid must include prices for all items listed in the cost worksheet.
• The bid must include a completed cost worksheet.
• The bid must include a completed attachment 1, Bidder Declaration.
• The bid must include a completed attachment 7, California Civil Rights Laws Certification.
• The bidder must be a responsible bidder who complies with all the requirements of the RFQ documents and any addendum thereto.
