Description
This solicitation calls for the replacement of multiple aging electrical panelboards and the installation of two 300 kW emergency generators at the MacCormick Secure Center in Brooktondale, NY. The work also includes removal of an outdated 1,000‑gal diesel fuel tank, associated piping, and related civil/structural modifications such as concrete equipment pads, conduit installation, and erosion‑control measures. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, permits, and safety compliance with 2025 NY State building, fire, and energy codes, as well as submit an electronic bid bond per the specifications.
