NAVSUP WSS has a requirement to procure and to obtain a full range of services to provide direct, on-the-job training for NAVSUP WSS personnel, enabling them to effectively perform their day-to-day duties.

The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) is seeking information from potential contractors to provide training and knowledge transfer services for NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support (WSS) personnel. The services include course instruction, one-on-one personnel training, and curriculum development/improvement. The goal of the training is to equip employees with the skills and knowledge needed to perform their day-to-day work, addressing identified gaps in competencies and best practices specific to NAVSUP WSS. The contractor will be expected to provide an average of 8-10 hours per week of one-on-one Knowledge Transfer Sessions (KTS) and support new-hire training initiatives as required. Key aspects of the job include: • Developing new interactive course materials and converting existing courses to a web-based training format • Providing virtual and/or on-site knowledge transfer to NAVSUP WSS personnel in all areas of Supply Chain Management • Supporting new-hire training initiatives as required • Ensuring all training content is integrated with the Waypoints learning system • Conducting knowledge transfer sessions with NAVSUP personnel in Supply Chain Management and training Government personnel in the sustainment of training materials
