Trac Lumbar Retractor Instruments

The Oklahoma City Veterans Affairs Health Care System is seeking a contractor to provide two Image Trac Lumbar Retractor Complete System instruments for Neuro and Ortho Spine surgeries. The contractor must be an expert in the field of Neuro Spine/Ortho Spine and provide a comprehensive solution, including any necessary items not specifically listed in the pricing schedule. The instruments must be reusable, meet specific characteristics, and fall under stainless-steel SOPs for the OKC VAMC. The contractor will be responsible for replacing any malfunctions or broken equipment within the first 12 months of purchase. Key features of the instruments include: • Must be capable of treating obese patients for surgical procedures in the OR • Must be reusable • Must provide deep, wide, and longer retractor blades than standard retractors • Must meet stainless-steel SOPs for the OKC VAMC • Must include any necessary items for the equipment to function, such as installation expenses, VA staff training, and equipment mounts.
