Description
The County of Los Angeles Department of Health Services is seeking qualified firms to provide equipment maintenance and repair services for neurodiagnostic equipment. The selected contractors will be expected to provide these services to the County hospitals at various locations. The services include maintenance and repair of neurodiagnostic equipment, and the contractors must meet the minimum qualification requirements specified in the RFR. The County will review the responses and may request further information, presentations, or interviews. The County may select one or more respondents to recommend to the Board of Supervisors for a Master Agreement award.
• The services are currently provided pursuant to a purchase order that expires on January 26, 2020.
• The County is seeking to establish a Master Agreement with qualified firms.
• The Master Agreement will commence upon execution by all parties and will continue until June 30, 2023, unless sooner terminated or extended.
• The County may extend the term for up to two years.
• The County will consider responses until its needs are met, and the solicitation may be re-opened if additional contractors are needed.
