Description
The County of Los Angeles Department of Health Services is seeking qualified firms to provide equipment maintenance and repair services for mammography equipment. The selected contractor(s) will be expected to provide these services for the County medical facilities. The services include testing, inspection, preventive maintenance, and repair of mammography equipment. The contract will commence upon execution and will continue until June 30, 2028, unless sooner terminated or extended.
• The contractor must meet the minimum qualification requirements, which include providing maintenance and repair services with a scope substantially similar to the scope described in the statement of work for at least five years.
• The contractor must submit a response to the RFR, including all required forms and documents, by the initial response deadline.
• The County will review each timely and properly submitted response and may request additional information or enter into a master agreement with the selected contractor(s).
• The contract will be a non-exclusive relationship with one or more contractors for the provision of services.
