Massachusetts DPH is seeking vendors to provide preventive‑maintenance, service‑contract and repair services for a broad inventory of medical and laboratory equipment across its facilities. The agency will award one or more fee‑for‑service contracts (blanket) with an initial five‑year term (through June 30 2031) and an optional five‑year renewal, with a total ceiling of approximately $10 million. Contractors must have manufacturer‑certified technicians, submit detailed rate schedules, and include a Supplier Diversity Program (SDP) commitment (10 % of evaluation score). Multiple contractors may be selected to cover different equipment types or geographic regions, and all payments will be made via EFT with optional prompt‑payment discounts.
