The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a vendor to provide preventive‑and‑emergency maintenance services for reverse‑osmosis (RO) water‑treatment equipment at the Ann Arbor VA Medical Center. The work includes routine quarterly, semi‑annual and annual replacement of mixed‑bed tanks, filters, UV lamps, and related components, as well as 24 × 7 emergency response with on‑site repairs and reporting. The contract is firm‑fixed‑price, base‑year one year with up to four one‑year options. Vendors must submit certifications with the offer and can use qualified subcontractors, but a direct employee must be present to supervise subcontractor technicians.
