Description
The VA seeks a qualified Service‑Disabled Veteran‑Owned Small Business to furnish, install, test, and maintain a medical‑grade liquid‑oxygen bulk‑tank system at the Louisville VA Medical Center. The contract is firm‑fixed‑price, “all‑or‑none,” with a base period plus up to four one‑year options not to exceed five years. The vendor must provide the equipment, perform installation and verification per NFPA 99, deliver monthly rental and continuous monitoring services, supply liquid oxygen, conduct training, and develop a de‑installation plan.
• Provide and install a 6,000‑gallon primary LOX tank and a 900‑gallon reserve tank with all associated hardware (vaporizers, regulators, alarms, monitoring, electrical & piping).
• Perform continuous monitoring, monthly rental services, emergency fill capability, and full system verification testing by an ASSE 6030‑certified verifier.
• Deliver training, documentation, and a de‑installation plan, ensuring compliance with NFPA 99, NFPA 55, and related federal, state, and local codes.
