The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive home oxygen services to veterans within the VISN 2 Downstate region (Bronx, Hudson Valley, New Jersey, New York Harbor, and Northport). The contract will cover a multi‑year period beginning January 1 2027 and ending June 30 2032, with annual pricing periods and options for extensions. Services include the supply, delivery, installation, maintenance, and monitoring of home oxygen equipment for eligible veterans, along with related administrative and reporting requirements. The solicitation requires technical, past‑performance, and price evaluations, and offers a base‑year plus optional years structure.
• Provide home oxygen equipment (concentrators, cylinders, accessories) to VA‑eligible veterans across the defined catchment area.
• Deliver, install, and maintain equipment, ensuring compliance with VA health‑care standards and security requirements.
• Submit quarterly invoices (30‑day payment terms) and comply with electronic invoicing procedures.
• Meet mandatory technical, security, and privacy clauses (HIPAA, FISMA, NIST, etc.).
• Offer competitive pricing for a base year (2027) and up to five optional years through 2032.
• Respond to questions by 08‑10‑2026; submit offers by 10‑01‑2026.
