The VA’s Enterprise Procurement Office is seeking a vendor to supply a complete NX EQ Image‑Guided Surgical Navigation System (or an equivalent Medtronic StealthStation S8 solution) for use across VA medical centers nationwide. This is a small‑business set‑aside (SDVOSB) RFP for a firm‑fixed‑price, requirements‑type contract with a one‑year base period and up to four additional one‑year options (potential five‑year performance). The award will be a single‑source contract; the vendor must be an authorized OEM distributor, provide new OEM equipment only, and assume FOB‑Destination shipping responsibility.
